1.0.3 - Bugfix & pitch constants tweak
Pebble » Devlog
Another minor update:
- Fixed a bug that was causing the program to crash when using a Pitch shift module inside an Instrument
- Pitch constants (like G#4, C5, or a3) can now be used in any type of module, not just pitch and generic modules. Now pitch constants can be used alongside the Pitch shift module to easily transpose Instruments and Sequences. For example:
- If MDY is a Sequence containing a melody written in C major, we can use MDYpF0 to transpose that melody into F major. (This does not affect the mode--it will simply raise each note by one fourth.) For the resulting Sequence to match the pitch constant given, the original must be written in C.
- If TONE is an Instrument, we can use TONEpG0 to have that instrument always play a fifth up from the note it is given.
