Version 1.1 Release!

It's finally here! The big v1.1 update is now live!

Change Log

1. New Zine Sizes! Added a variety of tiny zine options.
   1. 1/12th (6x2)
   2. 1/16th (Micro-mini -- 4x4)
   3. 1/24th (6x4)
   4. 1/32nd (8x4)
   5. 1/36th (6x6)
   6. 1/48th (8x6)
   7. 1/64th (8x8)
2. Two copies per sheet option for Quarter Sized Zines.
3. Custom Signature Sizes. This changes the order of the pages so that the zine will be broken into multiple booklets of the selected size.
4. Cutting & Folding Guides. Added optional cutting & folding guide lines. Cuts are marked with solid lines, folds are dashed. The Margin line option may not actually work yet--on my browser it seems they're getting cropped out by the print wizard.
5. Paper Sizes. Added preset paper sizes for 11"x17" and A3.
6. Blank pages. For double-sided zines, I changed where ZineArranger inserts any necessary blank pages so that they will end up together as whole blank spreads which can then be discarded. So if you're doing a double-sided zine of any size, now your page count technically only needs to be a multiple of 4 & the blanks won't need to be included in the zine.
7. Bug fixes. Made some improvements & fixes for how the zines get laid out, especially when the paper size is not 8.5"x11".
